Keith Brunson:
I’m Keith, and I have multiple identities. Husband and support to Julie the Pastor, dad to Jesse and Anna, other half of the Seneca House community living experiment, Village bass player, and one of the founders of The Village (to name a few). I’m also quite fond of Christ’s love, which I rely on for pretty much everything. I keep busy with my job as a social worker; when I’m not doing that, I’m driving Uber/Lyft or hiking/backpacking or watching Netflix with the fam or obsessing on when I can retire and do the last three things all the time. Romans 8:38-39.

Bob Ewing:

My wife Stephanie and looked about our empty and snowy nest in Minnesota a few years back and decided to try shoveling and slipping on sunshine for awhile. We have 4 adult kids and 2 granddaughters. We’ve been around the village since summer of 2015 and this is our first experience in a monastic community. What I love most about the village is the authentic wonder and curiosity villagers have about what God is doing (or not doing) in our lives. I often think of myself as a clumsy disciple. Belief can be so fleeting and I’ve learned that it is isn’t really required to accept Jesus’s invitation to follow Him and experience true joy. You don’t have to be that good at because it’s not a solo enterprise; we can only do it together. Professionally, I am a personal financial planner. I enjoy getting outside in Tucson and trying to keep up with Keith on the trail from time to time.
