Pastor Rod Hugen is a retired co-founder of The Village Church in Tucson, Arizona. Alongside Eric Cepin, he helped plant the church and shape its early rhythms, culture, and mission. Over the years, Rod has also poured into leaders across Southern Arizona through coaching and support of pastors and church communities. He is a writer and the author of Parallels: a Lenten Devotional and Limericks For Our Senseis: A Not New Non-model for Leadership Development. Rod and his wife, Kathy, have two sons, Justin and Derek.
