For those who wanted to know, I have finally completed my trip arrangements to Lexington, Kentucky. I shall be there for three weeks from May 24-June 14. The flight that leaves from Phoenix will be a red-eye at 11:59 pm on the 23rd. I will be laid over in Chicago O'Hare for about 2.5 hours before I depart for Lexington.
I would appreciate all of your prayers for this long-time-in-coming trip. I will be visiting my mom's family and also be surveying the job market while I'm there. I think three weeks is a good period of time for the visit. It will give me enough time where I won't feel rushed.
Response from my godmother, my aunt Beverly, who has helped me to arrange this trip, has been alot of excitement and anticipation from the family. They were very excited to hear that I would be there very soon and for how long my visit would be.
For those who don't know, I'm staying with Tom and Mary Kay until I find a permanent residence, either in Tucson or elsewhere. I can't say enough of them how they show their love for me so openly and being there for me at such a crucial time as is right now. Thank you for all of your prayers. |
