I got into Lexington at around 10:15 this mornin'. My cousin Tricia who came to pick me up at the LEX airport/tire shop/convenience store (it's about the size of a Circle K, seriously) found me after about 10 mins. of looking for me. She does indeed have as Tom W. would say a twine in her voice.

My uncle Chuck, Tricia's daddy, called me to inform me of that Tricia would be by to pick me up at the airport. Since I speak native Kentuckian I was the only one who could interpret what Chuck was sayin' on the answering machine at Tom and Mary Kay's house. He called about 2 hours before I got the shuttle to PHX.

I am staying at Uncle Chuck's house for the visit. He has allowed me to use his computer. Like Tom & Mary Kay's computer it only has dial-up use on it. Tricia taught me how to use it though. I had a great day today.

My cousin Deena came to see me at the house when Tricia called her up and told her that "the eagle has landed". It took Deena a very short time to show up at the house. At first I didn't recognize her but after I took a nap til bout 7 or so I recognized her and we went out for supper.

Hope y'all are doin' fine back thur in Tooson. I must say I've missed seeing grass in people's yards while I was in Tucson. There is grass everywhere her round here. I just hope I can find a true Mexican restaurant here. That'd be awsum. Later y'all.

You're in the wrong place. I didn't have real Mexican food for 4 years. Once, driving from Athens, GA to Gainesville, I spotted something promising on the highway, but it closed before I had a chance to eat there later on.

Just rely on the barbecue & you'll be fine.

If you want real Mexican food, you'll have to come back to Tucson again...

Two more days til my return to Tooson. The only way I can describe my stay here so far is incredible. I was shown the utmost hospitality by all of my relatives here. I didn't get to meet two of my cousins who, like me, have really "left the nest".

My cousin Michelle and her husband Pedro live in the D.C. area and her sister, my cousin, Lori and her husband Jim live in the L.A. area. I did get to reunite with Chuck and Teri's three other kids: Deana, Tricia, and Chris (the oldest is Chris at 38).

I'm told by most of "the family" (for some reason when I think of those two words -- the family -- I think of The Godfather movies) that the only true Mexican restaurant in the area is a place called Casa Fiesta. We'll be going there tonight. I'll have to let you know later if it's as good as the Kluesner clan say it is. If you've having trouble saying Kluesner, ask Trizia for some help. Her german is pretty good :)

I hope everyone's doin fine there. I'll see ya soon. Oh, and please try not to make fun of my accent. I've only been here three weeks but I think I may have picked one up. I seem to say the word y'all alot.
