This is the story of the two frog engineer friends as they try to build yet another plane:

Frank the frog was almost done with building his plane to become the first frog pilot. His friend Freddy the frog was done with his plane and went over to check on Frank's progress ...

Frank said he was almost done but was experiencing a minor difficulty. The sheetmetal on the outside of the plane wasn't sticking no matter how many times Frank tried to put it on. He'd put a layer on and a few minutes later it would come peeling off mysteriously.

So Frank asks Freddy about what he thinks is the problem. Freddy says, "Let me get this straight. You tried to put on the final layers of the outer sheetmetal and it still isn't sticking." "That's right Freddy," says Frank. "I don't get it. Freddy why do you think it isn't staying on."

Freddy tries to place the last sheetmetal pieces on Frank's plane yet experiences the same problems. So Freddy looks over the plane from all sides trying to find the problem and thinks he might have seen it.

"Hey, Frank I think I discovered what your problem is." "What's that Freddy?" Frank retorts. "Ribbets."
