Thai Toms is on University and 45th street. Ryan's evil twin eats here on a regular basis. He claims that it is the best Thai food in all of Seattle. Of course, I'm not a Thai food expert, and the Thai food in Tucson isn't all that great. So I'm not sure if its the best, but it is really good.
