If you put a rock in the jar at the belonging service, please make sure you’re signed up for the November 30 Drumming Circle. We’ll gather at the Seneca House from 6 to 8 on Tuesday night to bang on drums, make noise, laugh, and pray. Please bring names of the people you are longing to invite into God’s community, as we will be forming prayer teams for this purpose. We’ll also have a short conversation about the organic nature of the Village. If you want to claim your belonging at the Village but have yet to do so, you may come with rock in hand. The final Romans class is this Saturday, Nov. 27 at 2:00 pm. Come see Eric cover chapters 9 through 16 in one “swell foop”. Fallow Month: December is fallow month at the Village, which means that other than Sunday night Vespers, there are no events scheduled. Please spend time with your families, friends, neighbors, acquaintances, God. Use some of the nights that are freed up to invite people from the Village into your home for dinner; go out for coffee with a new friend.; shop in a group. The purpose of fallowness is to be enriched so that you can better bear fruit in the new year. Therefore, please resist becoming busy, (even though we’ve just given you a huge list of things to do... for those of you who think you have to do them all) and allow yourself time to be refreshed. -Pastors Rod & Eric
