As an act of repentance and in order to stay within my budget as expenses go up and my paycheck is going down with the increase cost of medical and retirement, I am turning off my personal cell phone. If you need to contact me. You can reach me at the Seneca house.

Subject: clarification

Does this mean you won't have a cell anymore? or that you're just turning it off for a while...I assume by the cost convo that you won't anymore, but I just wanted to check for future reference...
