It's cool to think that our website is touching the international artistic community. ;-)

Patricia, I'm currently thinking of an art-critic way of explaining the meaning of the picture for this curious German. In true art critic fashion, I have no intention of asking the artists what they wanted to convey!

Its interesting to note that YOU NEVER KNOW who will be reading the blogs on this site....

But I do have more homies to round out the numbers in the photo! I suppose it wouldn't be the same to splice the extras in using modern cheating technology?

We got them on our trip toTennessee in December. The kids convinced us to let them spend several dollars of their Christmas money on the Homie machine. Their favorite was a short, squatty angel-esque thing that looked more like Baccus than Gabriel. I guess that's why the kids named him Bubba Angel. Much time was spent in the back seat inventing scenarios where Bubba Angel would fly in and land on people.

You never know, huh? Could be the FBI, maybe.

So, Joe Raftis has "Tony (the Sicilian)"---what Villager benefits from the protection of Bubba Angel??

You will need a spoon and a fulcrum. The fulcrum can be built using sugar packets, or whatever other materials are available at your table. Balancing the concoction on a napkin may be a good idea to reduce the chance of your new catapult slipping. Place a homie on the spoon. In one quick, balanced movement, press down on the handle to launch your homie.

Game 1: Spread the rest of your homies across the table, use your catapult to launch a homie to hit the others. Each player will get an equal amount of turns. Whoever knocks over the most amount of homies wins the round.

Game 2: Place the plastic cups in which the homies came into a pattern, usually a triangle bowling pin shape, if managable. Launch your homie. The homie must land in a cup without coming out. Half-points can be given for bouncing out.

These are only 2 of the many games you can play with your homies. Please feel free to post your own unique games. Remember: homies are only limited by your imagination.

Enough of all this silliness. It's clear that this is a scene after Bubba Judas has left to betray Jesus.

I have no understanding for the lack of disciples in the Bobble-head Jesus piece.
