I wonder if any weddings are planned for June 6th of 2006. It seems like a rather interesting day for a wedding. Putting it numerically would be 6-6-06. But anything can happen in Las Vegas on any day. -james

Hi Villagers...
The time has come to help our blossoming-bellied mommas and daddas to be (i.e. pregnant). We have 2 couples in our Village who are pregnant...Adrienne/David (currently in Michigan) and Danielle/Reuben. This announcement is for Adrienne and David as news of an in-town baby shower for Danielle and Reuben will come later.
I am hoping that the Village will help me with a long distance baby shower for Adrienne and David. They are in need of baby stuff and have some community in Michigan, but we have been their long term community. Let's celebrate with them and help them prepare for their baby due August 25, 2008.
I will be collecting items that you would like to send...they are happy with baby items you would like to pass along that you no longer need. Or they are registered at Babysrus.com and
treecitydiapers.com At treecitydiapers.com, you have to enter the state they are in (MI) and that the baby is due in Aug. 2008. So far, I have collected bottles, dishwasher container for bottle parts, bottle brush, burp cloths,Baby Bjorn, cloth bibs, and various other things.
I will be making announcements for this in the coming month so that we can get them prepared...Thanks for participating!
