The 70 year-old mother of my friend Amy fell last night and broke her ankle in several places. Sarah (Amy's mom) is in the hospital right now, waiting for surgery this evening (at 5pm).
Amy is under a lot of pressure and distress in this situation. While her mom is in pain and now dis-abled, she is taken well care of. Amy is at this point disconnected from any church family and missing stability.
Please pray for her. I am her friend and care about her very much.
