In the post-Joel & Blanca wedding a.m., after a strong cup of coffee, it suddenly hit me that I'd forgotten to renew the 12 videos I've been using for my desert class this month. Turns out I didn't forget to renew this week...but last week. $32 in fines. I actually cried! Now I have to go to beg the Woods manager for grace. And I think I should put in for another personal day off work soon.... I wonder what the record for overdue fines at the Tucson library is?? Up till now, my personal record had been, I think, $4.50.

62$ is my record.
They sent it to a collection agency . . . I refused to pay . . . I was 20 ?>}. I later just settled with the Library for 30$ something.

Thanks for the...if not encouragement, commiseration?...Pastor E. Sounds like you might have the Village record, but probably not the city-wide record. The guy wasn't particularly nice about it, but agreed to knock it down to $20.
I still need prayer, though. I think it's gonna be a long last month at school... ;-)
