Many of you know that Jeremy and I are looking for a house. We've had an offer in on a short sale for about 2 months now and are still waiting to hear a response from the current homeowner's bank. We really like the house; it's really the best thing for us, for the price, that we've seen so far, so--being uber-busy working 50 hr weeks (him) and 55 hr weeks (me)--we don't want to invest much time and energy having our realtor show us less desirable options until we know what will happen with "plan A" (which is really more like plan J, but who's quibbling).
We'd appreciate your prayers on our behalf as we are on a long hold with this one. |
